We’ve been selling watches on eBay and Etsy for a number of years and have never had a watch returned (unless it arrives faulty which can happen with today’s overzealous postmen).

We only use authentic Seiko movements in our watches. We strip them down, ultrasonically clean the individual parts, oil every single moving part again, and then regulate the time keeping of the watch. This is always included in every sale, and always carried out just before the movement is then put in your watch. We do this to ensure that you are getting a completely new watch that will work fine, without a service for a decade. When you purchase any new watch, it may look pristine – But the movement inside the watch has been sat on a shelf for years, every day its oils getting drier.
