Closed or Open Case Backs?

Almost all our watches can be customized with your choice of case back. This is included in the price of your watch.

Can you regulate my watch?

Yes. We actually do it for every mechanical watch we sell. All our watches are hand made and part of that process is we strip, clean, oil and then regulate our Seiko automatic movements just before they are put into your watch. This is included with every single sale.

Have an inscription you want added to your watch?

We can laser etch a logo or a message onto a closed case back. Please contact us for more information and pricing.

Want to make the rotor / counter balance more attractive?

We only use authentic Seiko movements within our watches. The Seiko NH 35/36 are wonderful workhorses that can run for a decade without needing a service, but they are not the most attractive thing to look at (via an open case back). If you want us to decorate the rotor (available in a variety of colours and designs) or would like us to give you a rotor with your initials on then contact us to discuss your options.

Do you offer watch servicing?

Yes. We have a small team of dedicated watch makers and technicians at Seiko Creations. We service Seiko movements, but also your usual brands such as Rolex, Omega & Breitling. Our chief Watch maker worked for Rolex for a number of years.

Do you have a warranty?

All our watches are covered by a years warranty covering everything. Even after that period let us know if you’re having any issues as we can fix almost anything freely (postage not included). We will ALWAYS help our clients in anyway we can, even if it’s just advice you need.
